Other Issues

(A) After the foreign experts working at Guangzhou have got the "Foreign Expert Certificate", they should apply for the foreigner residence permit at the border entrance and exit administrative department of Guangzhou Public Security Bureau.

(B) GuangzhouPersonnel Bureau (GuangzhouForeign Experts Bureau) is responsible for filling in the statistics list of the "Work Permit of Foreign Experts to Work in China" and "Foreign Expert Certificate" of Guangzhou, and reports it to Guangdong Personnel Bureau (Guangdong Foreign Experts Bureau), copying to the border entrance and exit administrative department of GuangzhouPublic Security Bureau, before 5 July of the current year and 5 January of the next year.
